சினிமாவில் டாப் ஹீரோயின்களில் ஒருவராக வலம் வருபவர் சமந்தா. இவர் நடிப்பில் ‘குஷி, சாகுந்தலம்’ என இரண்டு தெலுங்கு படங்களும், ‘சிட்டாடல்’ என்ற ஹிந்தி வெப் சீரிஸும் லைன் அப்பில் இருந்தது.
இதில் ‘சாகுந்தலம்’ படம் இன்று (ஏப்ரல் 14-ஆம் தேதி) தெலுங்கு மொழி மட்டுமில்லாமல் தமிழ், ஹிந்தி, மலையாளம், கன்னடம் ஆகிய மொழிகளிலும் 3டி-யில் ரிலீஸாகியுள்ளது.
இந்த படத்தை பாப்புலர் இயக்குநர்களில் ஒருவரான குணசேகர் இயக்கியுள்ளார். இதில் மிக முக்கிய ரோல்களில் அல்லு அர்ஹா, தேவ் மோகன், சச்சின் கடேகர், கபீர் பேடி, மோகன் பாபு, பிரகாஷ் ராஜ், மதுபாலா, கௌதமி, அதிதி பாலன், அனன்யா மற்றும் பலர் நடித்துள்ளனர்.
மணிஷர்மா இசையமைத்துள்ள இதற்கு சேகர்.வி.ஜோசப் ஒளிப்பதிவு செய்துள்ளார், பிரவின் புடி படத்தொகுப்பாளராக பணியாற்றியுள்ளார். தற்போது, இந்த படத்தை திரையரங்குகளில் பார்த்த ரசிகர்கள், படம் நன்றாக இருந்ததா? இல்லையா? என தங்களது ட்விட்டர் பக்கத்தில் தெரிவித்துள்ளனர்.

#Shaakuntalam A Poor Mythological Drama with awful VFX and a boring drama!
No real positives to talk about in this film apart from decent music and a few okayish scenes. War sequences are comical. Narration is slow and boring with cartoonish visuals. Disaster!

Dialogues are also a huge minus for the film. It feels like almost every dialogue tries to be poetic but it becomes irritating and impact-less.

Royal outfits r too heavy & unrelatable to ancient period but Sam looks beautifulBoring Dialogues. Too many mix & match artists(lost nativity) & dubbing is not upto mark♀️
