தமிழ் சினிமாவில் பாப்புலர் இயக்குநர்களில் ஒருவராக வலம் வருபவர் லிங்குசாமி. இவர் ‘ஆனந்தம், ரன், சண்டக்கோழி, பையா’ போன்ற சூப்பர் ஹிட் படங்களை இயக்கியிருக்கிறார். லிங்குசாமி இயக்கிய கடைசி படமான ‘சண்டக்கோழி 2’ 2018-ஆம் ஆண்டு ரிலீஸானது. இதில் ஹீரோவாக விஷால் நடித்திருந்தார்.
இயக்குநர் லிங்குசாமி இயக்கியுள்ள புதிய படம் ‘தி வாரியர்’. இந்த படத்தில் டோலிவுட்டில் பாப்புலர் ஹீரோக்களில் ஒருவராக வலம் வரும் ராம் போதினேனி நடித்துள்ளார். இப்படம் நடிகர் ராம் போதினேனியின் கேரியரில் 19-வது படமாம்.
ஒரே நேரத்தில் தமிழ், தெலுங்கு என இரண்டு மொழிகளில் உருவாகியுள்ள இப்படம் இன்று (ஜூலை 14-ஆம் தேதி) திரையரங்குகளில் ரிலீஸாகியுள்ளது. இதனை ‘ஸ்ரீனிவாசா சில்வர் ஸ்க்ரீன்’ என்ற நிறுவனம் தயாரித்துள்ளது. இதில் ராம் போதினேனிக்கு ஜோடியாக க்ரித்தி ஷெட்டி நடித்துள்ளார்.
மேலும், பவர்ஃபுல்லான வில்லன் ரோலில் பாப்புலர் ஹீரோக்களில் ஒருவரான ஆதி நடித்துள்ளார். இதற்கு தேவி ஸ்ரீ பிரசாத் இசையமைத்துள்ளார். தற்போது, இப்படத்தை திரையரங்குகளில் பார்த்த ரசிகர்கள், படம் நன்றாக இருந்ததா? இல்லையா? என தங்களது ட்விட்டர் பக்கத்தில் தெரிவித்துள்ளனர்.
