சினிமாவில் பாப்புலர் ஹீரோயின்களில் ஒருவராக வலம் வருபவர் சமந்தா. இவர் நடிப்பில் உருவாகியுள்ள புதிய படம் ‘யசோதா’. இந்த படத்தை இயக்குநர்கள் ஹரி – ஹரிஷ் இயக்கியுள்ளார்கள்.
இப்படம் இன்று (நவம்பர் 11-ஆம் தேதி) திரையரங்குகளில் தமிழ், தெலுங்கு, ஹிந்தி, மலையாளம், கன்னடம் என ஐந்து மொழிகளில் ரிலீஸாகியுள்ளது. இதில் மிக முக்கிய ரோல்களில் வரலக்ஷ்மி சரத்குமார், உன்னி முகுந்தன், ராவ் ரமேஷ், முரளி ஷர்மா, சம்பத் ராஜ், சத்ரு, மதுரிமா, கல்பிகா கணேஷ், திவ்யா ஸ்ரீபடா, பிரியங்கா ஷர்மா ஆகியோர் நடித்துள்ளனர்.
இந்த படத்துக்கு பாப்புலர் இசையமைப்பாளர்களில் ஒருவரான மணிசர்மா இசையமைத்துள்ளார். இதனை ‘ஸ்ரீதேவி மூவிஸ்’ என்ற நிறுவனம் தயாரித்துள்ளது.
