தமிழ் சினிமாவில் மட்டுமின்றி இந்திய திரையுலகமே வியந்து பார்க்கும் அளவுக்கு பல சாதனைகள் செய்து மக்கள் மனதிலும் எப்பவும் சூப்பர் ஸ்டாராக வலம் வரும் ஒரே நடிகர் ரஜினிகாந்த் தான். இவர் நடிப்பில் ‘லால் சலாம்’, ‘வேட்டையன்’, இயக்குநர் லோகேஷ் கனகராஜ் படம் என மூன்று படங்கள் லைன் அப்பில் இருந்தது.

கெஸ்ட் ரோலில் இந்திய கிரிக்கெட் அணியின் முன்னாள் கேப்டன் கபில் தேவ் நடித்துள்ளார். இதற்கு டாப் இசையமைப்பாளர்களில் ஒருவரான ஏ.ஆர்.ரஹ்மான் இசையமைத்துள்ளார். இதனை ‘லைகா புரொடக்ஷன்ஸ்’ நிறுவனம் சார்பில் சுபாஸ்கரன் தயாரித்துள்ளார்.
